Last updated: October 25, 2026. These terms describe use of leahystowing.com and its online information. Any separately agreed service authorization, invoice or applicable legal requirement governs the towing service itself.
Website information and estimates
Website information is general information, not a guarantee of availability, response time or suitability for every vehicle. Online estimates depend on the information entered. Confirm the vehicle, route, access, recovery needs, price and arrival estimate with dispatch before arranging service.
Requests and authorization
Viewing this site, using the estimator or opening a confirmation page does not by itself dispatch a truck. Confirm service directly with Leahy’s Towing. Provide accurate information and arrange service only for a vehicle you own or are authorized to handle, except where a lawful authority directs otherwise.
Charges, cancellations and storage
Ask dispatch about all applicable charges and any cancellation conditions before authorizing work. Police-directed towing, recovery, equipment, waiting time and storage can involve separate charges. Posted police rates describe those items and are not a universal all-inclusive quote. Contact the office for vehicle-release requirements and hours.
Safety and emergencies
This website is not an emergency reporting service. Contact emergency services for injury, fire or immediate danger, and follow responder instructions. Article content is general background information; follow your vehicle manufacturer’s instructions and seek qualified assistance for your situation.
Acceptable use
Do not submit fraudulent requests, interfere with the website or attempt to access information or systems without authorization. Use the site’s content for personal reference; obtain permission before republishing protected material.
External services and privacy
The estimator, maps and external links may have additional terms and privacy practices. Their availability can change.
Read our Privacy Policy.
